The Basics
How much beef should I order?
The average person can consumer around 300g.
Having worked on farms, we’ve seen half-starved people after a full-day’s work satiated after 300-400g of beef.
The minimum amount of protein required for adults is roughly 0.8g of protein per kg standing body weight (this may vary depending on factors such as age, sex, muscle mass, and physical activity).

How do you cook dry-aged beef?
All our beef is locally sourced from Poland. While it is hard to find quality beef in Poland, the fact is that the country is the second largest exporter of beef in the European Union.
How Long Can I Store the Beef Once Delivered?
All beef comes fresh cut and vacuum-packed. All products will remain fresh for up to 3 weeks in a 5C cooled fridge. Burgers (as they are minced), 2 weeks is recommended.
If you would like to freeze your order, we do not recommend freezing for longer than 3-4 months. We generally do not recommend this however, as freezing will change the texture of the meat (ice crystals expand).
Marinating or smoking meats can preserve these to consume for later.

We currently ship weekly to Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Spain & Portugal.

How Long Will Delivery Take?
Please order latest by Sunday @ 18:00 to guarantee same week delivery.
Orders made mid-week will not be processed until the following Monday!!!
Delivery can take anywhere from 2-4 business days.
For countries outside of Poland, please allow up to 5 business days.
We send out packages once a week, with package arriving on Thursdays.

All orders are cut fresh to order.
All cuts come vacuum-packed, and in an insulated cardboard (bio-degradable) container with ice pack. (if you know someone who produces hemp insulated packaging write to us!).
It is our goal to be a fully regenerative company, from holistically grazing our own cows, local herds in each country, and of course 100% sustainable packaging.
I have a barbecue this weekend. When is the latest I should order?
To ensure your package gets delivered in time for the weekend, please order latest by 10:00 am Wednesday.
Your package should arrive by Friday.

Where is Steak Club Beef Sourced From?
All our beef is locally sourced from Poland.
While it is hard to find quality beef in Poland, the country is the second largest exporter of beef in the European Union.
It is hard to find quality beef (we’ve checked in every European country).

It is our ultimate goal to raise cow using holistic grazing in every European country.
Is your Beef Grass-Fed?
We work directly with an abattoir to ensure we get top quality grass-fed beef. Saying that, you can never be 100% sure unless you raise the cattle yourself.
