DO YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?
This website services Poland. All orders are expected to arrive in 2-3 business days.
IS MY MEAT SENT TO ME FRESH OR FROZEN?
We send all our meat out fresh. All products are freshly cut the night that you place your order. Products are then packed in vacuum-sealed packaging to prolong freshness. In addition, your delivery comes in an insulated Styrofoam box, that preserves 5°C temperature for up to a week..
HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT TO GET MY ORDER?
For delivery schedule and pricing see here. As we only deliver within Poland, you should expect your shipment within 2 days business days*. ALL ORDERS come with a tracking code, so don’t worry! We’ll never lose track of your delivery.
WHY IS STEAK CLUB BEEF BETTER?
Quality is guaranteed by paying attention to a couple of things.

The first is to raise happy cows. Agroforestry and silvopasture allows cows to be out on pasture year round. A happy cow is not only healthier, has better marbling, and tastes fantastic.

Out on pasture year-round, cows are sent to the to a local butcher.

The third is dry-ageing. The longer meat is aged, the more tender it becomes and the more flavor it develops.
FROM WHAT BREEDS DOES THE MEAT COME FROM?
All our meat comes from special breeds of cattle, bred for culinary purposes. The breeds itself are a mix of Polish NCBcattle (Holstien-Friesian) with

French – Limousine and Charolaise,
Scottish – Angus,
English – Hereford
and Swiss – Simmental cattle.

We choose crossbreeds, as they’re spending their summers out on pasture, while in the winter they’re fed with hay, silage grass, with a grain finish.
WHERE IS STEAK CLUB’S MEAT SOURCED FROM?
All our meat is sourced from Poland. Did you know that Poland produces some of the best beef cattle in Europe? After Ireland, Poland is the second largest net exporter of beef in the EU-27. The Polish beef industry was transformed after their accession to the EU in 2004. Local supply was an excellent place to start putting the WOW factor into our steaks.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN THAT MEAT IS DRY-AGED?
Dry-aging is a process taking up to several weeks, allowing enzymes naturally present in the meat to break down the muscle tissue, resulting in improved texture and flavor. These days, most beef is aged in plastic shrink-wrap—a process known as wet-aging. Dry-aged beef, on the other hand, is exposed to air so dehydration can further concentrate the meat’s flavor. It’s a more expensive process than wet-aging, however, because the meat loses weight from dehydration, and it also must be trimmed of its completely dried exterior.
CAN I FREEZE THE MEAT ONCE IT HAS ARRIVED?
Yes you can! We’ve packed a lot of food into your box so that you can eat it at your own pace, instead of going to the supermarket every other day.

If you change your mind about your order, please let us know as soon as you can by sending us an email to: contact@steakclub.pl or calling under +48 664 922 224. We prepare each set fresh for each order and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but if your order has already left with our couriers, then unfortunately we can’t cancel it.
HOW CAN I PAY?
All payments must be made through the online store using Visa, Visa Electron, AMEX, Diner’s Card or Mastercard.
I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we do apologize and ask that you contact our customer services team as soon as possible to let us know. Please write as at contact@steakclub.pl or call +48 664 922 224. Refunds are at the discretion of management. Rest assured however, we take all complaints very seriously and do our best to rectify the issue as well as provide you with appropriate compensation for any inconvenience caused. All orders have a 100% guarantee!
