Our friends at Koko & Roy Deli make this homemade Vietnamese Lemongrass Marinade. Sweet, savory and citrusy with notes of lemongrass, this marinade really packs in some classically Vietnamese flavors. Works wonderfully with flank steak, chicken or pork, and a simple side salad using our Maple Vinaigrette!
Marination time: 12-24 hours. Please avoid marinating more than 24 hours as the meat may begin to break down too much, and the flavor of the marinade may overpower the flavor of the meat. You are looking for a good balance of the two!
