Beef Liver Pâté Recipe
Ingredients:
- 400g of liver
- 200g of butter
- 100g heavy cream
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 onion (red or white)
- Rosemary and Thyme to taste for
- & 50ml of brandy if you're feeling French
Directions:
You will roughly want 75% butter/cream, 25% beef liver
Lightly fry beef liver in a pan (make sure the center is still pink).
Then toss in all the above ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
Put into jars, and top off with some melted butter for a longer shelf life.
